What the public site records
The public analytics system records an anonymous session ID, page path, language, country code, product or category selection, referral host, and whitelisted campaign values. It does not store IP addresses, form contents, names, phone numbers, or email addresses.
Procurement inquiry form
The form builds an inquiry brief in your browser. Copying the brief uses your clipboard. Opening email uses your local email application. The form contents are not sent to this site's analytics database.
Customer referrals
Referral email opens in your local email application. Obtain the new customer's consent before sharing their name, phone number, email address, or other contact details. Referral attribution and rebates are confirmed through subsequent communication.
Live support
Tawk.to live support is enabled on this site. Tawk.to handles chat messages and required browser storage under its own privacy policy. This site's anonymous analytics records only a chat_message conversion event and does not read or retain the conversation, name, phone number, or email address.
Registration and sign-in
Email registration stores your email, display name, a salted one-way password verifier, registration time, and last sign-in time; plaintext passwords are never stored. Google or GitHub sign-in, when configured and actively selected, uses a verified email, public display name, and provider account ID to create or link your site account.
Sessions
Sign-in uses a secure, server-only cookie valid for up to 30 days. Signing out invalidates the current session.
Retention and control
